Directions To Northern Lights: Walking From Train Station

Come out of the main entrance of Harrogate Train Station
Cross over the main road onto James Street (Gap will be straight in front of you, with Laura Ashley on the other side of the road)
Proceed down to the end of James Street and the road widens up - in front of you will be a large monument
Proceed towards the monument and directly behind it you will see Betty's Café and Tea Rooms
Walk towards Betty's Tea Rooms and go to the left down Montpellier Hill - on your right down here you will go past a pub called The Slug and lettuce, continue on until you come to a roundabout
Go over the roundabout, keep the Crown Hotel on your right and The Old Bell Tavern on your left
Continue along and you will come to a road that turns off to the left (Valley Drive), do not turn left but proceed along past the entrance of a park on your left The Valley Gardens
Keep left and go up a small hill, that veers off to the left, this will bring you onto Cornwall Road
Walk a short way along Cornwall Road and you will see a road to your right marked Clarence Drive
Turn right into Clarence Drive and proceed along - soon you will come to a crossroads
At the crossroads take the left which will bring you onto York Road - walk along and the road will veer off to the left up a slight incline
On your left you will soon see a sign for Rutland Road
Turn into Rutland Road and we are the third house on the right, number 4 The Mouse House, the Coach House is also marked
Northern Lights is situated behind the main house in the Coach House
