Northern Lights researched and created a service for engagement and bespoke jewellery, based on Townsend’s reputation for superb personal service.
Rebranded both shops, created identity for packaging, literature and shop displays – with a sense of humour but also informative – and researched and wrote an advice booklet, Will you Marry Me?
The media campaign on engagement rings was covered in media from Yorkshire Post to Bella magazine.
Christmas sales were up 30% on previous year and quickly exceeded target of selling an additional engagement ring per week per shop.
